Our buggies are mounted on 8 high quality wheels and bearings which have been destruction tested and refined for over 10 years in marine environments.

 The 316 stainless steel bearings are double sealed and packed with marine grade grease. The buggies have 316 stainless steel axles, hard anodised aluminium capping and seat mounts.

 They are twice the diameter of their traditional river rowing counterpart and are mounted both vertically and horizontally in order to withstand the most hostile of conditions. They give a smooth ride ensuring more of your energy goes into your stroke

Outriggers are designed to bond onto the sides of the boat, and ‘grow’ from the gunwales outwards.  We have avoided eliminated any sharp corners form our design to ensure that the outriggers’ strength is not compromised, and their ability to withstand the forces of the ocean is enhanced. 

They are manufactured from carbon and glass and provide a lightweight solution to the heavier aluminium or stainless steel alternatives available elsewhere. They weigh just 400g each. The height can be altered very quickly whilst on the water in order to fine-tune your settings or to cater for changing sea conditions. Stabilising bar, pins and gates can also be provided.

Rudders - The recipe for the composite materials we manufacture our rudders from is a closely-guarded secret.  Suffice to say that the rudder works to a maximum of stiffness, with an optimum percentage of balance for the chosen foil section. This provides great control. The set comes with all top quality hardware to mount the system and a quadrant on the rudder to keep equal purchase with no loss of mechanical advantage.

Footplates - Manufactured from high quality isophthalic resin and glass, our footplates can be easily moved to accommodate any size of rower. The angle can be further altered once in place ensuring optimum performance for effortss of mechanical advantage

Rails - manufactured them using top quality isophthalic resin, carbon and kevlar materials to ensure strength and durability. Our stock rails are infinitely adjustable and precision made to fit the camber on all deck types for single, pairs and fours classes. 

Height, length and width changes can be accommodated with our bespoke service to fit one off boat designs. All rails are supplied with a fitting jig and full instructions.
